  1. I like your picks but strongly disagree with Minnesota defeating Colorado in the 1st Round.

    1. I think it will be a goaltender's battle. I think Ilya Bryzgalov needed a change of scenery and got it when he came to Minnesota. The Wild also made a good trade deadline acquisition in Matt Moulson. Along with team captain Zach Parise and assistant Ryan Suter, I think Minnesota has a shot at pulling the upset. The Avalanche have great goaltending as well, but they are a little young, but are blessed with young talents Ryan O'Reilly, Nathan Mackinnon and Jamie McGinn. But with that being said, I won't count them out obviously, they did not get here for no reason.

followed by sharks vs black hawks. bruins vs rangers
    then sharks vs rangers
followed by the sharks winning their first cup ever.

    1. Bold pick, but I respect that! And honestly I agree that the Penguins will be lucky to get past the second round!

  4. "Pittsburgh (sic) can't beat philly" That's what I and other Penguins fans thought last year heading into the Eastern Conference Final against Boston, that they could not beat us because we were 3-0 against them in the regular season. Ironically, Boston ended up sweeping us in 4 games.
