40 Times At The NFL Combine By Penn State Players

     I already compromised a list of both the fastest 40 times and reps performed on the Bench Press from all players from 1999-2013 at the NFL Combine.      Being a fan, I decided to do a list of the fastest 40 times exclusively on Penn State players. I will provide a time category, the player's name with their clocked time, and the year in which they performed in the event.
